Our recruitment process is designed to assess candidates based on their knowledge, skills, and alignment with our culture.
Upon receiving your application—whether through a job portal, referral, or other channels—our HR team will conduct an initial review. Should further clarification be required, we may reach out to you for additional information. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and invited to proceed to the next stage, which may include an assignment (where applicable) then an interview with the hiring team.
Candidates who are successful in the interview stage will progress to the offer phase, where we will discuss the role in greater detail including overall employment terms.
